Are you Registering on behalf of the student?

Are you a training coordinator or registering on behalf of the student? This information is VERY IMPORTANT, so please read it carefully.

The registration confirmation and follow-up emails generated by our system are critical; the student will need them to complete the training program successfully. If the training course has an online session, the virtual classroom will start 30 to 60 days before the first day of class. To ensure the students receive the intended emails and notifications, please be sure to take the following steps:

  1. Ensure the student’s email address is used in the “Email Address” field. This is the primary email used for the registration confirmation and follow-up emails. We ask that you use a personal and not work email address in this field. A lot of department networks block or mark system emails as spam. We will ONLY use the student’s email address for this specific training course. 

  2. Use the student’s work or department email address in the “Work Email” field. If you are a training coordinator, PLEASE, do not put your email address here. This email address will be the primary contact email for the student during the training course.
     
  3. If you are a training coordinator, fields are available for your information towards the end of the registration form. 

It is a common occurrence that training coordinators or supervisors use their email addresses in one or both fields provided for the student. Please avoid doing this, as the students typically do not get the information needed to complete the training course with the required information.

If you are registering for one of the Unmanned Aircraft Systems (drone) courses, the online classroom is the study session for the FAA 107 exam.
