Warranty:

The Los Angeles County Regional Training Center (LACRTC) warrants that, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your training purchase within sixty (60) days, we will make it right. LACRTC will make its instructional team available for up to six (6) months after the conclusion of the training course for any questions relating to the course content, delivery, or hands-on training your agency received.

LACRTC will not be held responsible for federal laws, policies, rules, and standard practices that go into effect after the specific course has been presented. LACRTC practices and instructs within the current laws and regulations.

DISCLAIMERS:

Training participants are responsible for their own successful performance. Certified exams through the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) require a commitment from each individual student to study and prepare appropriately for their exam. Students taking the FAA Part 107 Small Unmanned Aircraft General exam will have one attempt at passing the exam through LACRTC. If for any reason a student fails the exam, it will be the responsibility of the student or agency to pay for any and all testing fees associated with the re-examination.

LACRTC reserves the right to cancel or change a training course due to weather, minimum enrollment requirements not met, etc. If we cancel or reschedule the course, customers will be notified and have the option to choose another date to take the training course and if no date is acceptable to the customer, we will refund the course.

LACRTC operates in a safe training environment. Before a course starts, we review our safety policies and procedures. We reserve the right to refuse service at any time for any unsafe, immoral act or anything there within. If students do not comply with our safety policies and procedures, we will refuse service and NO REFUNDS will be given.

The customer has the option to cancel or reschedule their training, with no charges or penalties, thirty (30) business days before the training takes place. Cancelations which occur between twenty-nine (29) and fifteen (15) business days before the start of class are subject to a 10% cancelation fee. Cancelations which occur after the fifteen (15) business day mark will be due in full. No refunds will be given if the customer, in whole or part, fails to attend the training course. This requirement is due to enrollment and logistical support that is arranged before each training.

LACRTC reserves the right to refuse service to any singular person or agency as a whole, should they refuse to comply with our safety standards or intend to utilize our training course with malicious, unsafe, or immoral intent.
